📬 Newsletter email list

Every email anyone has entered on the site (bookings, quotes, invoices), newest first. Copy and paste it into the BCC line or your email tool.

Tip: put the list in BCC, not To, so customers don't see each other's emails, and include a line on how to unsubscribe.

🎁 Referral codes

The CSV imports straight into Mailchimp, Square Marketing, or any email tool. Only email people who opted in.

🏷️ Seasonal promotions

Promos that are ON and in season rotate in a banner at the top of the site, and customers can tap Apply while booking. Leave "Applies to" blank for all services.

📱 Google Calendar sync

Subscribe once and every booking shows up on your phone's Google Calendar. Google refreshes subscribed calendars every few hours, and each booking email also has a one-tap "Add to Google Calendar" link.

Open Google Calendar

Click Copy link, then Open Google Calendar (on a computer, signed in as sasqwashers@gmail.com).
Paste the link and click Add calendar.
On your phone's Google Calendar app, the "SasqWashers Jobs" calendar appears automatically. Turn it on under Settings if it's hidden.

Keep this link private. Anyone with it can see your job list. Changing the admin password changes the link.
